Link the condition at each lift to the drilling interval, tool arrangement and photographs.
Inspect only with the tool safely supported and the equipment isolated under the site’s procedures. This form records observations; it does not authorise continued drilling.

Start with a complete-tool photograph, the cutting ring and a close-up of the position being reviewed. Number the positions on a copy of the ring photograph and keep the same numbering at later inspections.

If a value is unavailable, write “not recorded”. Record the display channel and unit exactly as shown. Hydraulic pressure and engine speed are not substitutes for cutting load and rotary-head speed.

Describe rotation or sticking, insert wear / damage, cone movement, packed material and visible mounting changes. Reference photographs before and after cleaning where available.

Use one CSV row for each depth interval and identify new-rock drilling or reaming. Split the interval at any tool or cutter change; record old/new cutter IDs, position, change depth/time and reason. Record rotary-head RPM, the displayed load/pressure channel and unit, and any setting change. Keep cutting time separate from lifting, clearing, core recovery and delays.
