Casing systems

Casing sections, casing shoes and connection components work as one assembly. Compare the mating interfaces and drawings to identify the replacement part.

Identify the connection by its complete reference.

The BRV connection references differ in drive form and illustrated geometry. Keep the slash suffixes: BRV75/38LV, BRV75/38LV/4 and BRV75/38LV/4/29 are separate catalogue references.

A close fit is not a verified joint.

Identify the mating surfaces.

Photograph the connection from the side and end, including the drive recess, thread and seat. Compare the removed component with the joint it belongs to. A diameter alone cannot identify taper, thread form or the load-bearing contact surface.

Inspect after cleaning.

Wear, packed fines and damaged edges can obscure the original geometry. Check engagement, seating and visible damage before combining new components with worn joints. Keep the component reference with the section or joint drawing used for acceptance.

The supplied brochures list connection components but do not define a universal fit across casing brands. Tube and joint dimensions are selected for the specific assembly.

PRODUCT & PROJECT ENQUIRY

Match components across the complete casing string.

Include the existing casing reference, tube dimensions, joint drawing and the required connection-component references. Add quantities for sections, shoes and wear parts separately.

Tube, shoe and connection.

Match the casing dimensions and connection to the existing system. Include the required length and shoe arrangement when requesting a quotation.
